Triple Berry Layered Smoothie

Strawberries, raspberries and blueberries blended together with Greek yogurt in this thick and delicious Triple Berry Layered Smoothie! A healthy and delicious way to cool off on a warm day!

Ingredients

Blueberry Layer

  • 4 ounces plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 3-4 tablespoons milk, start with 3 and if it’s too thick to blend add another tablespoon.
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Strawberry Raspberry Layer

  • 4 ounces plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 3-4 tablespoons milk, start with 3 and if it’s too thick to blend add another tablespoon.
  • 3/4 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  • Blend together all of the ingredients for the blueberry layer until smooth.
  • Pour evenly into two glasses.
  • Rinse out the blender then blend together all of the ingredients for the strawberry raspberry layer until smooth.
  • Pour the strawberry raspberry layer evenly over the blueberry layer.
  • Serve immediately.
