Crock Pot Cherry Dump Cake

This is an incredibly easy recipe. Took less than 5 minutes to set up in the pot for cooking and was delicious when done. This recipe can be used for other fruits or you can mix fruits. You can even drizzle a nut of your choice over the cake mix. The options are endless.


1 Box Yellow Cake Mix
1 Can Cherry Pie Filling (or filling of your choice)
1/4 cup melted butter or margarine


Dump 1 can of cherry pie filling into crock pot and spread out evenly.
Top with dry cake mix.
Then drizzle melted butter over the top.
Cover and cook on low for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
Serve warm with ice cream

Cherry Pie Cups

Easy and adorable! Bake individual little pies in muffin cups using Pillsbury® refrigerated pie crust.


1 box Pillsbury® refrigerated pie crusts, softened as directed on box
1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling


Heat oven to 425°F. Remove crusts from pouches; unroll on work surface. With 3 1/2- or 4-inch round cutter, cut 6 rounds from each crust; discard scraps.
Fit rounds into 12 ungreased muffin cups, pressing in gently. Spoon about 2 tablespoons pie filling into each crust-lined cup.
Bake 14 to 18 minutes or until edges are golden brown and filling is bubbly.
