Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

This thick, creamy, healthy pumpkin pie smoothie provides you with the flavors of the delicious fall pie without having to turn on the oven!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup milk (skim, 1%, soy, almond, etc.)
  • 1/2 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 medjool dates, torn into pieces or chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 cup of ice

Directions

  • Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
